Guilt

Harriet is a witness for the Defense on a case that Harm and Singer are prosecuting. Meanwhile, Mac is still on assignment in Indonesia and is faced with a dangerous, difficult task.
What We Learn
 Harriet attends a grief support group called Healing Hearts.
 She is having a hard time with the loss of her baby.
 Harriet and Bud are good friends to Harm and Mac and want to wait with Harm for news about Mac.
Mixed Messages

Harm tries to clear the name of his friend who is being framed for as a spy while Mac looks for the young girl she had to leave behind in Indonesia.
What We Learn

Redemption

Harriet helps take care of a young girl who is suspected of being abused by her father while Mac talks to her mom. Meanwhile, Harm is facing the possibility of getting his bar revoked by breaking lawyer-client privilege.
What We Learn
 Harriet has a good heart for children, but didn't go so far to help as to break regulations.
Ambush

Harm defends a Marine accused of taking his orders too far and getting six of his men killed. Mac, meanwhile, hunts down the peeping tom of a young lady.
What We Learn
 Harriet gave Bud, "The 7 Habits of a Highly Effective Lawyer" by Don McMill (who just happened to have written this episode of JAG) after he lost his first case. She also gave it to Harm after his "losing" streak.
Jagathon

Harriet organizes the JAG staff to participate in a 10k run for charity.
What We Learn
 Harriet is not afraid to stand up to Singer and tell her what she thinks.
 She is a good administrator and effectively organized the 10k run for the JAG staff.
Answered Prayers

Harriet hosts a Christmas party for the JAG staff on Christmas Eve.
What We Learn
 Harriet is very gracious towards Lt. Singer and invites her to the Christmas Party, which seems to surprise Singer a bit.
 Harriet is the "administrator" who keeps the party moving and everyone leaving to make it on time to the Christmas Eve service.
Odd Man Out

Bud is called for jury duty in a case in which Harm defends and Mac prosecutes. Harriet and Bud throw a JAG Super Bowl party.
What We Learn
 Harriet seems surprised that Bud could sentence someone to death.
 Harriet is trying to help Bud watch what he eats, but is willing to bend the rules for a special occasion like the Super Bowl party.
Head to Toe

Harriet and Bud help play matchmaker to Sturgis and Bobbi, while Harm and Mac are off defending a woman sailor who refuses to wear an abaya while stationed in Saudia Arabia.

 Harriet and Bud go out occasionally on dates.
The Mission

Harriet supports Bud's decision to leave JAG and take an assignment at sea in order to help his career. (First part of a two-parter.) Meanwhile, Bud goes up against Singer in court but has trouble defending his client due to personal circumstances. Harm and Mac are on a carrier giving JAG advice and training.
What We Learn
 Harriet puts Bud's career above her own personal desires.
 Harriet feels like she can take care of AJ if Bud were to be deployed for six months at a time.
 Harriet feels so confident in her and Bud's relationship, that the thought of him being unfaithful or away at sea is not a concern.
Exculpatory Evidence

Tension is high in the office when Bud is charged with dereliction of duty and Harm defends him and Sturgis prosecutes. The outcome of the trial will not only impact any future promotion but his home life as well.
What We Learn
 Harriet gives Bud a shoulder massage when he's under stress.
 She's not afraid to go to the Admiral when something is bothering her.
Hero Worship

Bud discusses his overseas assignment, while Harm and Mac investigate a fire on board a carrier.
What We Learn
 Harriet is supportive of Bud leaving to further his career, but also realizes how important her and Bud's time together is.
First Casualty

Bud leaves for the Seahawk. ZNN correspondent, Stuart Dunston, is held accountable for a military operation gone bad in Afghanistan.
What We Learn
 Bud will get getting sea pay and hazardous duty pay while on his 2 year duty aboard the Seahawk.
 Harriet wants Bud to get a promotion but will miss him terribly. She's a little concerned about Bud "getting lonely" while at sea.
 Harriet served goose patte with deviled quail eggs at Bud's going away party.
Port Chicago
SIMSnopsis
Harriet goes house hunting while Sturgis defends a man accused back during the Port Chicago incident.
What We Learn
 Bud used to take care of household repairs.
 Harriet really wants to buy a new house and doesn't feel bad about asking her father to help them out financially.
 Bud and Harriet are thinking about having another child.
Tribunal
SIMSnopsis
Harm and Mac prosecute while AJ and Sturgis defend a terrorist accused in the first military tribunal in 50 years. Singer is left in charge of the office in their absence.
What We Learn
 Harriet wants the accused terrorist to be hanged and quartered.
 Harriet thinks that Singer is a poor leader and tells her so to her face. She feels like leadership is not a power trip and that a leader should earn the authority given to them.
Defending His Honor
SIMSnopsis
Harriet and Bud finally come clean with each other about the house and P.O. Coates, thanks to Singer's intervention. Meanwhile Harm defends while Mac prosecutes Captain Sebring, a respected JAG judge accused of running a lady off the road killing her young baby.
What We Learn
 Harriet doesn't mind borrowing money from her dad to buy a house and then hide that information from Bud.
In Country
SIMSnopsis
Harriet and Lt. Singer's relationship finally reaches a boiling point while Harm and Mac work with Gunny and Webb in Afghanistan hunting down a Taliban terrorist.
What We Learn
 Harriet has had enough of Singer and doesn't mind resorting to physical violence to ease her frustration.
Enemy Below

An exciting and shocking season finale. Harriet is holding down the home front while Bud is still at sea but helping Afghanistan locals rebuild their community. All of the JAG lawyers get involved in tracking down an Al Queda leader planning another attack on Americans using a Russian submarine.
What We Learn
 Harriet can't decide on whether to buy a blue or a yellow couch for their new living room.
 Harriet sometimes has trouble sleeping at night because she is anxious about Bud being in a war zone.
 AJ is a tremendous support to Harriet and is a great father figure to her.
 {Harriet will be *very* sad at the beginning of season 8!}
