Harriet is having trouble communicating with Bud over the loss of their baby. Meanwhile, Harm and Mac go up against each other in court in a case involving one of Harm's mentors, Tom Boone. {Karri gives us an excellent dramatic performance in this episode.}

 Harriet is mourning the loss of her baby and didn't know it would hurt so much.
 She feels comfortable going to Harm for advice and just to talk.

Harriet and Bud prosecute their doctor for the death of baby Sarah. While on the stand, Harriet has to reveal some secret information about her past.

 Harriet had a miscarriage when she was 18 years old.
 Bud & Harriet have a healthy marriage and know how to trust and forgive each other.
Touch and Go

Kate Pike returns to JAG for a TDY assignment but ends up having to testify against Harriet's new prospective boss, the Inspector General.
What We Learn
 Harriet is back to full duty at JAG. She came back because she wanted to be around people who care about her.
 Harriet is able to quickly spread office news and gossip around!
 She is now "queen of the long term projects".
 Harriet is working on improving herselft and is striving to be wiser.
 Harriet felt like Bud couldn't be himself around her so she's trying to change and be less sensitive.
Baby, It's Cold Out There

The Admiral is assigned head of the Promotions Committee and leaves Mac in charge of JAG. Harm defends a former Marine who, he believes, deserves a second chance in life.
What We Learn
 Harriet and Bud are still mourning the loss of Sarah, but are getting through each day and are having more good days than bad days.
Miracles

Bud prosecutes Sgt. Major Krohn, who is accused of assaulting his wife. Harm defends him with the defense that the Sgt. Major saw a vision from God that lead him to his already beaten wife. Harriet is still coping with baby Sarah's death and knows it's time to move on. {I must say that Karri's emotional performance in this episode was wonderful! She nearly had me in tears.}
What We Learn
 Harriet and Bud donated Sarah's things to Children's Hospital. It was too hard for Harriet to sort through her things.
Iron Coffin
SIMSnopsis
Harm and Mac are on separate subs in the Barents sea as tension between the Russian and the American subs could lead to disastrous results. Harriet remains in the office trying to encourage Renee and Mic in Harm and Mac's absence.
What We Learn
 Harriet evidently believes that women should be allowed to serve on a submarine.

Harriet and Renee get to know each other better while Harm and Mac are working on a case trying to determine whether a female Marine is extremely brave or a spy.
What We Learn
 Harriet is Mac's Matron of Honor and is in charge of planning Mac's engagement party.
 Bud tells Harriet everything.
 Harriet loves Bud but thinks he is a bit of a doofus but she tries not to say it out loud.
Salvation

Bud carries the Nuclear Football while Harm encounters Clark Palmer again. Meanwhile, back at the office, Harriet helps the Admiral with Mac's wedding gift.
What We Learn
 Harriet gives pretty good advice on what to buy for a wedding gift.
To Walk On Wings

Harriet works hard on her own time to find out the truth in a 25 year old closed case involving a man who was sent to prison for a crime that Harriet believes he didn't commit. Meanwhile, Mac assists in a Senate hearing investigation of the Osprey helo.
What We Learn
 Harriet is no "Erin Brokovich".
 She uses Bud's office to work when she needs to concentrate.
 Her job is to ensure everything runs smoothly between JAG Ops and the Pentagon.
 Harriet didn't join the Navy to push papers even though that is all she feels like she has been good for lately.
 Bud thinks Harriet can light up a room just by walking in, and can talk to anyone in the entire planet and make them feel good about themselves.
Lifeline

Harriet gets a surprise at the end of Mic and Mac's engagement party.
What We Learn
 Harriet can "con" anyone into anything.
 Harriet is promoted to full Lieutenant.
 She can be a little bit jealous of other women around Bud.

Just a week before Mac's wedding and Harriet helps her with some research for a lecture Mac will give at Annapolis involving a mutiny at sea.

 Harriet vividly remembers her wedding preparations.
Adrift, part 1

The JAG staff is gathered for Mic and Mac's rehearsal dinner when they receive news that Harm's plane has gone down.
What We Learn
 Harriet is extremely patient with Bud (he leaves the car lights on, drops his cell phone, falls in the rain).
 Harriet had matricide, not matrimony on her mind the day of her wedding.
 As Matron of Honor, Harriet was helping Mac try on her wedding gown before the wedding.
